Please select ALL services needed upon booking. You will receive the services you have booked. For example if getting Loc Maintenance and you desire a style, please add the style service option desired additional to your Loc Maintenance. Two services will be selected, not one. If deep conditioning is desired please select the Treatment service option desired additional to your selected styling service, etc…. If you are not sure which service options to select please call me at (678) 770-3532 or send a text message and I can assist you. If URGENT please CALL and LEAVE VOICEMAIL.
Need other prepay options? If paying with CASH, CASHAPP, ZELLE, VENMO or AFTERPAY, please access the booking calendar to see available appointments that fit your desired services. You can send a screenshot or text that includes, DATE, TIME, and SERVICES DESIRED to 678-770-3532. Once prepayment is received appointment can be submitted manually. Once appointment has been submitted you will receive email and text confirmation.
***CANCELLATION POLICY***
Cancellations must occur 24hrs before service to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations that DO NOT occur 24hrs before service will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation fee of half the cost of service. Ex. Service cost $110, cancellation less than 24hrs before appointment will be $55.
Since services are paid in FULL prior to appointment, cancellation fees are non-refundable and deducted from the prepaid amount and the difference is REFUNDED back to you.
If cancellation occurs 24hrs before service, total cost of service can be transferred to rescheduled appointment or total amount can be refunded IF NOT rescheduling appointment or making future appointment.
***LATE APPOINTMENTS / APPOINTMENT NO SHOWS***
NO CALL/NO SHOWS forfeit TOTAL/FULL amount of prepaid service(s).
There is a very gracious grace period of 25 minutes, please call or text to let me know you are running behind. If you are more than 35 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Cancellation fee of half the cost of service will be deducted from your prepaid amount and is forfeited. The remaining will be refunded back to the card used for prepayment.
If you are not feeling well, sick or under the weather please reschedule and/or cancel your appointment 24hrs prior to your appointment time.
